* You must register and agree to the Terms and Conditions before submitting a challenge.
- Please be aware that the job queue does fluctuate according to the number of requests and guest artists on hand. When your request has been taken up you will be notified.
- Customers can request a FAST turnaround (up to 12-hrs) otherwise should expect anywhere up to 72-hrs before their completed Pop-up is lodged by the creative team.
- Customers can withdraw their submission at any time provided the challenge has not been accepted by a Creative team.
- Pop-up challenges that have not been taken up after 7-days will expire. Lapsed Jobs (accepted but not completed) will be reinserted in the job-pool (where the job can then be withdrawn by the customer).
- Guest artists run amok.
Choose from the available Pop-up challenges on offer then get cracking! You can work solo or as a team.
- The number of jobs available on any given day will fluctuate according to the number of requests and guest artists on hand. First come, first serve – luck of the draw.
- Once a challenge has been accepted the creative team must lodge their completed popup within the allocated time-frame (no more than 72-hours).
- Failure to complete a challenge penalises a creative team from participating for a further 72-hours.
- Once the page is lodged as complete, it will be checked and rated before going live.
- Completed pop-ups will go live no less than 12-hours after being lodged as "complete" by the Creative Team. The customer will be notified and will have 24-hrs to complete a feedback form. All feedback is considered private, not for publication apart from the following technical detail related to the original design brief:
- number of images utilised (as uploaded by the customer)
- percentage of detail (as provided by the customer) that was incorporated: 0–100%
- whether the level of interpretation expected by customer was met – i.e. not quite/accurate/exceeded
- Promote the page and wait for feedback. Use your social media to encourage friends to visit the Pop-up Web page. The aim is to garner votes, the more the merrier. High-ranking pages stay LIVE longer than the standard 7-days, and some may even make into the Pop-up Web Hall of Fame.
- Submit your next popup. After the first one you'll get the idea. Invite your friends and family to the challenge.
Choices
Details about the page build (technicalities) will be provided in a popup window for every page. Providing additional information about the creative team process is optional.
If the customer wants to engage with the creative team and the team is interested, an introduction will be established with all arrangements thereafter to be negotiated between the customer and creator.
All participants need to be mindful of the risk for content and feedback to be misunderstood and/or to be interpreted as inappropriate or unconstructive THEREFORE your decision to participate is strictly on the understanding that you accept that risk. [ Terms and Conditions of participation ]
Not negotiable
All submissions will be "graded" only for the purpose of making a suitable age-appropriate match with a design team.
There will be limitations (word/character count) applied to the amount of content Customers can submit for each popup. A maximum of 3 images may be uploaded. The inclusion of your uploaded content in the final popup is at the discretion of the creative team. [ Guidelines for Creative team ]
These limitations do not apply for the creative team.
